Production Process

●The whole unit includes the following four parts: inlet section, pretreatment section, coating section, and outlet section.

 

●Entrance section: including uncoiling, shearing, seaming and material storage loopers, etc., the function is to loosen the raw material coils and connect them, so as to continuously and uniformly supply metal sheets to the unit.

 

●Pretreatment section: Clean the bottom plate to remove dust and impurities to improve corrosion resistance and adhesion to the upper paint film.

 

●Coating section: It is the core part of the whole unit. It usually adopts a two-coating and two-baking process in which both sides are coated at the same time. Depending on the requirements of the product, it can also be coated with only one coating and one baking or only on one side.

 

●Export section: The product is divided into rolls, or cut into single sheets according to the required size.

 

Coating Process

Coating refers to the process of coating the coating thinly and evenly on the surface of the object to be coated.
